This solution is designed for harsh outdoor operating conditions of distributed and centralized photovoltaic power stations, focusing on the core requirements of weather resistance, flame retardancy, anti-aging, and safe voltage stabilization. It solves problems such as poor high temperature resistance, easy oxidation, weak lightning strike resistance, and high leakage risk of ordinary cables, and is compatible with the wiring needs of all scenarios such as photovoltaic module series connection, combiner box to inverter, and DC power transmission.
The entire solution uses dedicated PV1-F photovoltaic DC cables, which are resistant to high and low temperatures, UV radiation, corrosion, and are flame-retardant and fire-resistant, making them suitable for complex environments such as outdoor open-air, rooftop, and ground-mounted power stations. The cabling employs a separate AC/DC laying method, with DC cables routed separately to avoid electromagnetic interference. Dedicated photovoltaic connectors and waterproof terminals are also used to ensure sealing and conductivity of the connections.
Construction strictly adheres to photovoltaic wiring specifications, ensuring proper cable securing, wear-resistant protection, and grounding and lightning protection to prevent potential issues such as loose, aging, or damaged wiring. All wiring is designed with redundant lengths to accommodate equipment maintenance and future expansion. This solution boasts high stability and a long service life, effectively reducing photovoltaic power station line failures and ensuring the long-term stable operation of the photovoltaic power generation system.
